Nordicon-group employees travel free of charge to Scandinavian countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland). Employees do not have to pay for travel from their place of residence to the projects during their secondment.

Nordicon-group employees travel to Scandinavian countries by ferry or plane.
Ferry travel is either with a company-provided car or with own transport, with all travel costs covered by the company.

During the secondment, Nordicon-group provides its employees with work transport for travelling from their place of residence to the project.
Use of own transport: if employees wish to travel with their own transport, the company will reimburse all expenses incurred during the trip.
Use of own transport: if Nordicon-group employees use their own private transport for work purposes during a business trip, the company will reimburse all expenses incurred and pay an additional expolitation allowance.

Nordicon-group provides its employees with free accommodation during their secondment. Employees live in apartments and houses rented by the company. One or two employees live in a room and are provided with all the necessary facilities (internet, washing machine, cooking facilities).































Nordicon-group provides its employees with workwear and tools to do a good job.

When signing employment contracts, we always define the working hours and the salary paid. We undertake to pay the salary for the services provided by the employee within the terms and conditions set out in the contract. Employees are covered by state social insurance.
